Vivian and her cousin Alex are travelling from Calgary through France, Switzerland and Italy. Vivian books their accommodation; Alex handles the onward travel. They save their confirmations before leaving and choose iTalkBB's Europe 33-country travel data plan, which covers all three countries.
While they're on their way to their first apartment in France, the host sends the entry instructions. Vivian already has the address, but the new message includes a photo of the entrance and explains where to collect the key. She shares it with Alex, who checks the walking route. Both now know where they're headed when they leave the station.
Keep the bookings saved and the updates handy
Before their next stop in Lucerne, Switzerland, they sit down for coffee to finish a few arrangements. Vivian checks the hotel's luggage-storage information; Alex reviews their departure details and how to get to the station. They can leave their bags before check-in, so they plan lunch by the lake rather than waiting at the hotel.
They keep using the same regional data plan as they move between the covered countries. Saved confirmations provide the basics, while mobile data lets them check the details that arrive later: a host's message, a change to the meeting point, an answer about leaving their bags.
After checking in, Vivian puts the travel folder away. She and Alex have the evening free and a neighbourhood to explore. Taking care of the small arrangements along the way has left less to sort out at the door.
